Another winner in this series, this time focusing on songs that were hits right
at the height of the twist era. Standout tracks are Joey Dee's "Peppermint
Twist," Booker T. & the MGs' "Green Onions," Gene Chandler's "Duke of Earl,"
Little Eva's "The Loco-Motion," and Freddy Cannon's "Palisades Park." Tunes
from the Shirelles, Dion, Shelley Fabares, Tommy Roe, and Neil Sedaka round
out this superlative lineup. With all original versions and excellent transfers,
this set makes for another great value in a budget disc.
