Various Artists - First King Biscuit Show (SQ Quad to DVDA DTS2496 Dolby)

Hopefully this should be a treat for some of you. Here is the very first King Biscuit Flower Hour as broadcast on WNEW-FM in New York on February 18, 1973. The original tape was recorded during the broadcast. This disc contains the broadcast decoded using a TATE II 101A decoder. It also contains the commercials and a bit of the late Allison Steele.

Enjoy this piece of history which included Blood Sweat & Tears, Bruce Springsteen and John McLaughlin & Mahavishnu Orchestra.
