Vicious Circle ~ The Art Of Agony(2004)[Death Metal] USA

It is evident that this band is extremely aggressive. And you can say this just from the beginning of the first track of this labum. Their music is death metal with a lot of technical parts and with a lot of rhythm changes. the main thing here are the aggressive guitars that deliver original riffs that are the heart and soul of the music here. I like the way the drummer uses the ride cymbal in tracks like "Lord of s**t", emphasizing the guitar riffs in a clever way. The vocals are extreme but not of the most guttural type doing brutal growls. Instead the band uses extreme yet clear vocals of the growling type that fit better the rhythms and emphasize the brutality of some parts. One remarkable thing is the tightness of this band that shows a lot of rehearsal time to sound as compact as they sound. The sound is really direct and loud showing that the band has spent a lot of time in the studio working on the mix. A bit of fresh air for the death metal scene with good technical parts.
