This is just the Sanskrit and a simple English translation. Really, use Jaideva Singh's translationa and commentary.

A bit of trivia. This work was first introduced to the West in the last few pages of Paul Reps' "Zen Flesh Zen Bones" in a section called "Centering". It's worth reading. But again, if you're a serious student and practitioner, Jaideva Singh's works are indispensable.
