Wow!! this is the first time I am hearing such a thing!!

Try upgrading ur players and try playing in mpchc with any codec pack installed!
Dont play everything in vlc and say that "its getting corrupted".
I check each and every file for sync issues(both subs and audio) before uploading!
So if its here then its good.
