They are all based on chakra based chants, meditations or sounds and this is what I consider to be the best chakra audio selection.

They are also all ONE FILE each; full audio book.

 

Usually when you purchase or download an audio book, They come in a number of tracks or files.

If you wish to listen to the entire book at one time, you must create a playlist and then remember to

update the playlist if you move the files. My listening preferences is to load the entire book at once and listen to it start to finish.

If ever I want to replay a certain section, I just mark down the minute/second reference and listen again.

 

This selection #7 is what I could find on the web and on other downloads that are the best audio quality.

Then I simply joined the files together at the same frequency, Kbps and mono/stereo.

 

This is the seventh of many I am collecting and shall be torrent loading on a few sites.
