It is a guide for people with diabetics and those who care for them, professionally or otherwise. Although (medical) background information is provided obviously the focus is on particular dietary matter. This aspect is presented neatly with pictures of food dishes as habitual in a traditional West European country. The text is in Dutch.

For those who haven't mastered the language of Breugel yet but do have great interest in the book here are the translations of some keywords:

* Koolhydraten = Carbohydrates
* Zetmeel = Starch
* Vezels = Fibres
* Verzadigd vet = Saturated fat
* Onverzadigd vet = unsaturated fat
* Eiwitten = Protein

This upload contains 2 versions of the book:
