1.Install VueScan
2.After Installation finished, Don't open VueScan
3.Copy the patch and paste to VueScan installation folder
4.Open the patch and apply it
5.If the patch is not working, then block the program with firewall
6.Open VueScan and Resister with Serial key from keygen
7.Done

If you get unregistered message after registering VueScan, then do the folowing:
Block the Program with any Firewall to avoid the fake serial message
