Sinopsis: Secuela de la popular cinta de 1987 "Wall Street", ambientada 20 años después. Una vez puesto en libertad, después de cumplir una prolongada condena en prisión, el implacable tiburón de las finanzas Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) se siente desorientado dentro del mundo que en tiempos dominó. Buscando rehacer sus arruinadas relaciones con su hija, Gekko conoce por casualidad a Jakob (Shia LaBeouf), su prometido. Juntos proyectan apoyarse mutuamente: Gordon ayudará a Jacob a vengar la ruina de su mentor, y éste intentará que Gordon y su hija se reconcilien.

Storyline: As the global economy teeters on the brink of disaster, a young Wall Street trader partners with disgraced former Wall Street corporate raider Gordon Gekko on a two-tiered mission: To alert the financial community to the coming doom, and to find out who was responsible for the death of the young trader's mentor.
