ı got a error. application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142)

Update v1: Guyz ı fixed my problem and language selector problem. ıf you got 0xc0000142 error, run the game with 'run as administrator'. ıf dont work language selector, run it with 'run as administrator' to. this way worked to me.
