Wasteland 2 is the Kickstarted sequel to the 1988 RPG classic, in which a group of US Army Engineers survives a global nuclear catastrophe by taking shelter in a remote desert prison, having first turfed all the occupants out into the irradiated wilderness. Years later, the player takes control of these same soldiers, now styling themselves as Rangers, and embarks on a top-down turnbased tactical escapade to help other survivors.
