What does the hotfix do and will it work with the R.G. Mechanics one I have installed?

It works, I can't tell what it did though, except add a new file called uext64.dll, and change the orbit_api.ini file to save 31 flags, instead of 3... whatever THAT does.

Still didn't fix my issue with not being able to spend money and just getting everything for free =
