This game is using the WinVerifyTrust function to check if uplay_r1_loader64.dll has been modified and it does this almost every frame while you are playing. This can cause higher RAM usage and frame rate issues. This will disable this check.

It doesn't fix the streaming problem while driving but the game as a whole is running with about 20 additional fps.
