this is going to be a weird question but what is everyone on about about seeding I don't get it ? can someone please explain what you mean by seeding and what it does

I have to wonder what kind of 'SEEDS' (?) are using KickAss Torrents' site? It is so hard to get torrents other than popular weekly episodes as is the case here. I really want the FULL season of Water Rats BUT NO BASTARD WILL SEED. I HAVE HAD MY THIRD TRY TONIGHT, AND STILL NO BLOODY SEEDING....WHAT'S WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? Are they so lousy they won't let any seeding go, or are they so poor they can't afford to allow any seeding from their monthly allowances? I have 21 gb per month which is GONE in just 2 days, so for the rest of the month it doesn't worry me to seed but when I need some speed I pay for a temp speed 'top-up' as I have done now...BUT IT'S WASTED WHEN I CAN'T GET ANY SEEDING BECAUSE THE SEEDERS ARE TOO SCUNGY! Won't someone PLEASE let some seeding go some time...probably too late for me now...I only have a couple of hours left then my download reverts to 6 kps. It's up to 1.6 MBS when I have speed on.
