TRAMA:

Ambientato nel mondo della musica elettronica e della vita notturna di Hollywood, un aspirante DJ ventitreenne di nome Cole (Efron) trascorre le sue giornate a fare progetti con i suoi amici d'infanzia e di notte lavora su quella traccia che farà ballare il mondo intero. Tutto questo cambia quando incontra un carismatico DJ più grande di lui di nome James (Bentley), che lo prende sotto la sua ala protettrice. Le cose si complicano però, quando Cole inizia a innamorarsi della giovane fidanzata di James, Sophie (Ratajkowski). Man mano che la sua relazione proibita si intensifica e le sue amicizie invece vanno allentandosi, Cole dovrà scegliere tra l'amore, la lealtà e il futuro a cui è destinato.

STORYLINE:

Cole is an aspiring DJ who spends his days scheming with his childhood friends and his nights working on the one track that will set the world on fire. All of this changes when he meets a charismatic but damaged older DJ named James, who takes him under his wing. Things get complicated, however, when Cole starts falling for James' much younger girlfriend, Sophie. With Cole's forbidden relationship intensifying and his friendships unraveling, he must choose between love, loyalty, and the future he is destined for.
