Exogamy was Wedlock's debut effort recorded in Carrboro with Jason Merritt as engineer. Released in 2008, this line up featured Paul Allgood(vox), Kirk Bryson(bass), and Jonathan Kidder(keys).Greg Klaiber and Ana Mitchell served as drummers for their live work. A slew of singles,'Disocpharma,' 'Still Unsatisfied' 'Rev. Charisma' and 'Black Sundress' were taken from the parent album. Journalist Ned Raggett scored it at 3.5 stars noting the frenetic pace of 'Charisma,' and the paradox between good and bad behavior on 'Pharma.'
