I use VLC exclusively for playback, and there's no issue with the file. Make sure that your VLC software is up to date also. There have been over 1,000 downloads so far of this file and no one else has mentioned having a problem with it (other than Anonymous repeating himself over and over).

i seem to be having an issue with video playback as well right around the 4:24 mark in vlc,ps3 and umplayer tried to redownload didnt help
