In this series the young Peter Cushing's character Theta Sigma a young Timelord has come to Earth to carry out his experiments with the creation of the first Tardis (built by Theta Sigma & his young grand daughter later), this younger version lives by Timelord standards and has not yet taken on the identity of the doctor, instead he lives here using fake names and using psychic paper - he assumes a professorship in general science and biology, this is the day he meets the young War Doctor - who has come to Earth to study the science of time to harness it's energy as the ultimate weapon to destroy the evil of the Daleks and end the Time War, however this new particle beam has unforeseen side effects, the War Doctor in turn must now try to stop the most heartless and menacing evil genius the Earth has ever seen...... Himself before he was the Doctor. This Mad Scientist is going to destroy human history for the mere advancement of Timelord science. Meanwhile an even greater evil has been disturbed from his long sleep... The Known King will arise in the presence of such tasty and unique blood ;)
