It's bad. Why? The CGI Cutscenes are camcorded. This is NOT an offical iso of the game, so you are better off finding a better one.

Umm i dont get it, why isnt it 4.37 GB when un compressed? Wiiscrubber doesnt read it, and neither does any WBFS Manager...

I'm not sure about this either. But maybe its specifically designed for the wii emulator. So it's like that I guess.. but I don't really know what I'm talking about.
