"The 164mb on the official website is just the mod. If you translate and read the installation it will say that this requires the original game. This upload has both the game and mod."

This game is a Mario Kart Mod containing normal tracks Wii version and they added 160 more tracks among which are those of SNES, GBA, N64, NGC, DS, 3DS, and many more! Last Modified version of Wimms has fixes and improvements to graphics Custom Tracks.
