Procedure:

Either install and patch PowerISO and burn the Windows 10 ISO to a blank DVD to use as installer
media, or alternatively you can run Zotac WinUSB maker directly from the folder. You simply
drag the USB key onto Zotac once it's open, then drag the Windows ISO onto Zotac and press
Copy. When it flashes up about EFI mode, select 'Yes'. This enables UEFI mode which is far
faster on modern hardware. During Windows 10 install, select 'Do not have a product key'.
Then select 'Windows 10 Pro'. Once all is installed, go ahead and install PowerISO once again.
Then reboot, and mount the Office 2016 ISO. Install Office. Once office is installed, open
Word and then kill Word in Task Manager (This defaults Office to a trial key). Then, open
KMS Auto, and activate Windows and Office. Allow it to re-activate every 10days. During office
activation, it may ask you if you want to change key to VL, select Yes, then close the box.

Install on an SSD takes total of around 25mins including Office. On a regular hard drive,
about 45minutes.
