get rufus or wintousb and make a usb drive bootable and press f12 during boot and then boot from the usb

Hello, I downloaded the files and copied them into a bootable flash drive. But my BIOS does not see it. Do I need to take the files out of the ISO?

can anyone help me out here?I've installed this on a brand new pc and it works fine.but i never had to activate this..during the installation it didnt even ask me for the product key and I also logged in my ms account..how did it activate?
