Currently I'm using vista, would like to upgrade to windows 7 - 32 bit professional edition.\n
Can I boot it from USB and install, if yes could you please share steps to achieve that...\n
2) Should I upgrade it or make a fresh installation (I mean format the drive and install ? (my preferred choice would be to have it in parallel ) Can you please suggest ?\n

i dont want to make again an format to my pc, but i will try to se how it works.

I hav compressed it all in a RAR file cuz there's no use downloading selected files only. Feel free install, either directly, rip it to a DVD or via USB cuz it's BOOTABLE and all versions are pre-activated. I've tested Home Premium 64Bit Professional 64Bit & Ultimate 64Bit but i recommend Professional 64Bit version cuz thts wa im using. Ultimate 64Bit may b theoretically better but i find it practically slower. Just leave Ur comments I'll be happy to reply and discuss any issues but trust me, there aren't any
