There is far too many details and would take a very long step by step tutorial to explain.
If you download http://kat.cm/windows-8-1-aio-usb-edition-x86-x64-mbr-uefi-boot-t8338656.html You can replace the install.wim and x86/x64 setup files with Updated Windows 8 version. This should be a good start for you to learn from!! Create VHD in windows and image to that to check out how both partitions are setup easier. Hope this helps!!
