Windows 7 ULTIMATE SP1 x86 Lite

I made this to address a few niggling problems with my previous upload.

1. Only one file has been resource-hacked, and you see it only during setup. See first screenshot.

2. Parental Controls now works (removal of Games path was breaking this).

3. Language packs can now be downloaded (only Ultimate and Enterprise allow these).

4. Windows Aero is default theme.
