*N= No windows media player etc.
*WMC=Has Windows Media Center

Permanent as in kms activated for 180 days that stay 180 days forever or permanent as when you check the activation period using this slmgr.vbs -xpr it says permanent instead of activated for 180 days ? and can this version be updated ?

I think it's reset 180 days each time you activate, can be updated like always (although I don't download the "Genuine Checker" through Windows Update just to be safe).
180days is about 6 months, I usually activate it using manual kmspico not the auto activator.
