if installing from USB just try installing again. if it happens again, Reformat USB and recopy setup files to usb.
Today I will try to burn it on a dvd , I hope it will work.
What program are you using to create USB with?
You can try using another USB stick or even another USB port on pc to boot from.
And once you run the cmd a popup appear then goes away.....

then run createx64.iso.cmd
