Windows Dreamscene for Vista Home Basic/Premium

This is for those who have Windows Vista Home Basic or Home Premium who want the cool "moving backgrounds" from Windows, called Windows Dreamscene which is only avaliable with Vista Ultimate. Just download the rar file and follow these directions and there you go, Dreamscene. Download the patched DreamScene files as above and unpack to a folder. Also any.MPEG or .WMV video or movie can be set as your background. It does not use as many resources as you think, it only uses a small percentage of the cpu to decode the video, I've never noticed any lag using it. Also I had a whole episode of family guy as my background once. Enjoy!
