I also hear from the Network Source ReTo, insiders from an agency have developed something known as 'Ping Pong' apparently this is encoded scripts that bypass security, relay the relovent information back then can wipeout entire databases but all the time storing every detail of information in encoded format which is then decoded by this mystery agency. The reason this came about apparrently is some sort of vendetta against microsoft.
