Changes:
-Return of Windows Setup support
-Changed recovery boot options to DaRT 10 versions
-Added Win10 build 10240 versions

Note:
-To run the setup script press shift-f10 in Windows Setup
and then type "Menu" It should then start finding indexes.
-Also, I've included a System File Repair sfx in the Repair
folder on the ISO. It should not be necessary, but it will
repair any build9200+ versions should install errors happen.
