This torrent contains a Jigdo template that will allow you to build a bit-

perfect MSDN Windows SP3 ISO file. It uses files from a previous version

of Windows XP Pro and the files from an expanded Service Pack 3 as provided

by Microsoft. This is an experiment in reducing the amount of bandwidth that

all of those WinXP and Vista \\\"respin\\\" torrents take up. By sending only a

delta or the differences, downloads go much faster.





First, download Jigdo from http://atterer.net/jigdo/




From their site: Jigsaw Download, or short jigdo, is a tool designed to

ease the distribution of very large files over the Internet, for example

CD or DVD images. Its aim is to make downloading the images as easy for

users as a click on a direct download link in a browser, while avoiding

all the problems that server administrators have with hosting such large

files. jigdo is Free Software, distributable under the GNU GPL.





Second, download SP3 from Microsoft at

Extract the service pack into a temporary directory using the command

line or your favorite CAB extraction tool.



Third, find any original version of Windows XP Professional.

We tested the with the original \\\"Devils Own\\\" RTM/SP0 release.





Finally, follow the directions on the Jigdo site to recompose the original

MSDN ISO file from the component files.
