Small Update to Windows8.1x86 VHD Firadisk Ramdisk

-Added few small programs like vhd resizer, WindirStat, Skype and few more.
-Fixed some programs not starting
-Added Avast Rescue CD

I used different defrag method to organize data in VHD OS, as a result
when i compressed the VHD with gzip it resulted in much smaller gzip file 3.1GB=>2.42GB
while using lower compression, the result is the ramdisk loads faster.

Grub4Dos Bootable USB VHD RAMDISK

Windows 8.1x86 PAE Patched VHD Portable OS that loads into ramdisk via Firadisk driver
VHD is gzip compressed and gets simultaneously decompressed and loaded into ram by grub4dos

USB drive 3.0 and USB 3.0 Motherboard prefered, USB 2.0 works fine but takes longer
to load about 5,5 minutes total

8GB RAM minimum (4GB for VHD RamDisk, 1GB for OS RamDisk 3GB for System RAM)
10GB RAM with integrated graphics(or go to bios and set graphics memory to 256MB)
