Well this tiny registry control is for those who don't prefer to use any third-party antivirus softwares rather than continue with inbuilt Microsoft Windows Defender(offcourse talking about PCs with OS Windows 8 or later)
Now the problem is Defender is that user cannot scan any file by individuallly directly by right-clicking and choosing Scan option coz its not there.

But thats why to make your life easy I present you this registry control to make this option available.Though it will not open any UI but it will only show a command prompt but don't worry if it is a malware then automatically after u select Scan and after the command window Defender will open and do your job.
