Download this file.
Go to the Telestream website, register and download the trial version.
When you have both (make sure to keep them separated so you don't get confused which is which) right click on the trial one -> Show Package Contents and then go into the MacOS folder. In there you'll find a Unix Executable File called Wirecast. Delete it (or move it to a folder outside of this package).
Then right click on the K'd one. -> Show Package Contents -> MacOS. Now Copy (or drag) the Unix Executable File called Wirecast you find in there to the MacOS folder from which you just deleted the first one.
Close the folder, delete the K'd one, launch the one you've just modified. Voila!
