This is the second edition of my work on deprogramming monarch delta slaves. Mind you, this won't replace a professional cult deprogrammer. This is for experimental purposes only. In this torrent I will discuss the third method for creating audio files with subliminals. The first method was using ultrasonics, the second method embedded subliminals in white or pink noise, this third method will be based on using a software vocoder, a process also called "vocoding".

Vocoder... synthesizes a modulator (usually a voice) in the left channel of a stereo track with a carrier wave in the right channel to produce a modified version of the left channel. Vocoding a normal voice with white noise as provided in the effect will produce a robot-like voice for special effects. Other carriers can be used for subtly different voices, such as a sawtooth tone, a musical tone or a synthesized string chord. The Audacity Vocoder effect simulates a classical analog multiband vocoder.

To do this you use file from Level 06 as the first track (modulator) and the file from Level 08 as the second track (carrier). That's the method usually being used in the commercial music files containing hypnotic implants we have been analyzing in previous torrents. To make it easier for you, I've even created a brief video manual.
