If game dont work properly, try this:
1)
delete extracted game and extract archive again.
2)
start>run> type-> msconfig ,and press enter> press services tab> check "hide all microsoft services" box> uncheck all service boxes> press "startup" tab> uncheck all startup items> press apply> restart PC> run setup.bat now.
3)
to restore all - do same - check all boxes back and restar
