Description:
The game takes place in an alternate world of 1979, during the Cold War, when the Soviet Union and the United States are joining forces to fight the alien invasion.
As in the original UFO Defense, the gameplay is divided into strategic part (Geoscape) and tactical (Combat). The strategic part of the player creates and develops a database, is recruiting staff for them, carries out scientific research, leads the fight against the alien ships.
The tactical part is a turn-based battle ground. One of the most significant innovations compared to UFO Defense - tactical air combat between fighter-interceptors earthlings and "flying saucers." In terrestrial missions will be introduced alternative victory conditions, avoid the need for the player to destroy all the aliens on the map, as well as a friendly player soldiers under computer control.
