This release is an R2R release! The 1.04b4 update was not working any where else! I found a working version so here it is! Big thanks to R2R as i looked everywhere for a working version!

How I got it to work( I had an older version)
-Deleted Serum .dll
-Reinstalled
-Installed Update
-Restarted my PC
