Using classic suspense film techniques, first-person accounts from friends and families of the victims, and expert commentary from local authorities, true-crime experts, and psychologists, YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE is a one-hour series that chronicles some of the creepiest, most harrowing crimes ever committed, as these victims' darkest dreams become unfathomable realities. Each 60-minute episode tells the story of a different victim.

Season 2 of YOUR WORST NIGHTMARE premiered on Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT on Investigation Discovery, immediately following back-to-back (7-9pm) encore episodes. In the season opener, "Bump in the Night," Annie and Jessica Andrews perform a seance to see if they can contact the spirit of their mother. Soon after, strange things start happening in the house.
