ZONE -- 33 Videos

ZONE was an all-female pop rock band started in Sapporo, Japan in 1999. Although it initially started as a dance group, they turned to an all-female band. ZONE has been categorized in a new genre called "bandol" (a portmanteau of the words band and idol). The band was started (and is still managed) by Studio RunTime and released their first single, "Good Days", under the major record label Sony Records, on February 7, 2001.

Between 1999 and 2005, ZONE released seventeen hit singles, three full-length CDs, and three DVDs, appeared in commercials, and had their own television special, in addition to attending high school. They all graduated.

The group has officially ended on March 2, 2013.

Hope everyone appreciates this collection! I had been seeding a smaller collection, but it somehow got corrupted a while back. Nobody else was seeding it (boo!) and I could not for the life of me find it anywhere else or even remember where I had found it originally. This collection rebuilds and expands it. I've left in a couple of the original files (the .vob ones), everything else I've collected off YouTube and a couple other sites.

There are a few clips from some live shows the girls did after their original breakup, as well as a few from TV appearances. I'm hoping to get the DVD of their 2005 farewell show at Budokan; when/if I do I'll put that up separately. Those interested can find a number of those clips on YouTube as well.

My Japanese is rudimentary at best, and a few of these I've had to guess at the proper titles; two of the .vob clips I've just no idea. Feel free to educate/berate me as you like.
