В 1990 Уотерс дал грандиозный концерт в Берлине. На этом концерте была исполнена старая программа группы - “The wall”. Выступление было посвящено падению берлинской стены, и эта программа подошла очень кстати. Помогали Уотерсу многие известные артисты, в числе которых были: Брайн Адамс, Синди Лаупер, Шинед О’Коннор, “Scorpions”.
