चक्रवतीन अशोक सम्राट

The serial is about the Indian emperor, Ashoka, grandson of Chandragupta Maurya. The story starts with Emperor Bindusara ruling the vast Mauryan Empire. The show there-by focuses on young Ashoka who is getting guidance from Chanakya.

While on the other hand; a game of occupying the empire is being played by Helena (who wants to throw her step-son Bindusara from the throne of Magadh and wants to place her own son-Justin on the throne) and the Empresses of Bindusara- Charumitra and Noor (who want their respective sons to take the throne of Magadh after Emperor Bindusara).

Siddharth Nigam received the 'Most Stylish Debut' award for Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat in Television Style Awards 2015. Suzanne Bernert and Sumit Kaul received the award for him in his absence.
