Here it is how I did it; maybe it could help others like me...
1. Downloaded this torrent and original file from camtasia website.
2. Disconnected from Internet.
3. Installed it with Revo Uninstaller.
4. Used one of the three keys inside this torrent
5. Edit hosts files with admin rights by adding:
127.0.0.1 activation.cloud.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 65.52.240.48
127.0.0.1 69.167.144.18
127.0.0.1 oscount.techsmith.com
(the last three lines saw them in a comment in Pirate Bay by Zimtstern)
6. Blocked program with firewall rules.
7. Opened program and in "Tools >> Options >> Upgrade options tab >> untick Enable automatic upgrade".
Untill now it's working fine.

To access your hosts file, if ou are running Windows 7, go here:
C:WindowsSystem32Driversetc (you have to have admin rights to edit and save changes)
If you don't know how to edit, please search in Youtube (because I can't post links). Probably a video called

will help you. If not search for another one because there are plenty there.
