Cities XXL Patch 4 (UPDATE ONLY; xDelta Update)

PATCH # 4 Release Notes (19/03/2015):
General
Fixed different types of crash.
Added camera sensitivity in Options>Miscellaneous.
Various minor bug fixes.
Community
Added a Dependencies field in the UGC Manager.
You can now specify if your mods need one or multiple dependencies to work with the Published File ID.

Prerequisite:
You must have installed Update 3 (Patch #3) first.

Installation:
1. Start "Cities XXL - Update 4";
2. Browse to your game folder;
3. Click install;
4. Apply Crack, (only if you don't have crack yet; 3DM crack is provided)
5. Play and Enjoy!!!
