This is my 720p 10-bit Dual Audio remux of Nakaimo - Kono Naka ni Hitori, Imouto ga Iru! that I made based off of FFF's 720p 10bit AAC JP-BD release, DHD’s English audio and the UTW subs from the FFF release. The OVA is based off of FTW's 720p AAC release.

I’ve synced up everything here and also created a Signs & Songs track from the UTW subs. I decided to throw together a 720p version for the hell of it. You can find my 1080p version at the link below.
