Product Details Publisher: Routledge; New Ed edition (December 21, 2006) Language: English ISBN-10: 041536602X ISBN-13: 978-0415366021 Reviews the routledge essential grammar series are the best i have come across for learning languages. best used along side a course textbook - intensive german course by paul hartley would be ideal. for beginners maybe - basic german a grammar and workbook by heiner schenke & karen sego would be more suitable. hope this was helpful This book is one of the better guides when you have a question regarding a specific part of the German Grammar. It is clearly written, in almost plain English (Aussie/British) and reads well. While not a great textbook to work with, if you have questions about the rules behind dative, or the simple past this book provides not only excellent explanations, but as well clear examples to base your own work upon.
