You have to download deamon tools
Open deamon tools and click mount disc
Choose DISC 1.iso and you see you have it in your computer (virtual as a cd)
Open the files and double click on setup.exe
After a while it asks for disc 2
Click unmount disc and mount disc 2 like you did before.
After that it asks for disc 1, do the same like you did above here.
Next when it's installed open the folder with the crack files.
Put them into the GTA IV folder and launch your GTA IV with the:
GTAIVLauncher.exe and your done!
