Types of HDR Photography Taught Bracketed HDR Photography Tutorials One of the most common types of HDR photography, compositing bracketed exposures enables the ability to render an expanded range of tones and values compared to a single exposure. These tutorials include choosing the right scene type, covering the execution process, and post-production techniques for developing a clean bracketed HDR photograph. Nighttime HDR Photography Tutorials Specific to compositing long exposures, typically made at night, these tutorials explain how to acquire the greatest dynamic range in low-light situations. Specific focus is given to controlling motion within the exposure, including water and cars, and how to use these interesting elements to benefit the finalized image. Single Shot HDR Photography Tutorials These tutorials show you how to extend the apparent dynamic range and produce exceptional imagery from a single exposure. Panoramic HDR Photography Tutorials Focusing on creating expansive panoramic HDR images, these lessons cover how to composite multiple HDR photographs into one seamless wide-field image. Specific focus is given to how to compose, shoot, and post-produce these types of unique images. Black and White HDR Photography Tutorials Deviating from the traditional full-color HDR images, these tutorials teach dedicated considerations and techniques for improving the dynamic range of tones in monochrome imagery.
