Kennedy is watching the effects of the Brussel's attacks take hold on the election back here in the States. Terrorism, immigration, civil liberties and national security. With Rand Paul out the only candidates left on the right are the fear mongering kind.

Tonight we've got a very serious party panel with TOM SHILLUE, DAVE SMITH, and LEIF BABIN. They continue to discuss the terrorist bombings in Brussels. Leif is a pretty hardcore war hawk. Gotta break a few eggs to make an omelette, even if those eggs are actually women and children. Yikes.

Trump wants to shut down the border and re-institute waterboarding. Ted Cruz wants to 'carpet bomb' ISIS into oblivion. Kennedy has invited former CIA suit MIKE BAKER and Iraq combat veteran BRYAN SUITS to discuss what they think would actually be a good idea and what is ridiculous. (Or as Baker put it, "operationally ineffective.")

The world is mourning with Europe once again as multiple bombs have went off in Brussel's killing some and wounding many more. SHEPARD SMITH of Fox News is on the ground inside of Brussels at a memorial gathering. The people of Brussels are chanting words of peace according to Shepard. Shepard then moves on to talking about the alleged bomb maker and some potential leads.

TOPICAL STORM

An anti-Trump PAC endorsing Ted Cruz recently put out a negative ad attacking 'the Donald' via his wife. So of course Trump took to twitter threatening to 'spill the beans' on Ted Cruz's spouse. As happens with every single tragedy Obama is getting flack from his Republican colleagues for not taking it seriously enough. This seems like a non-issue to me.

KIMBERLY GUILEFOYLE is here to talk about a six year old girl Indian girl forcibly removed from her foster parents thanks to the Indian Child Welfare act. She is 1/64th Indian and as such she will be "relocated".
