can u please tell what is the difference between Wordpress essential training 2013 and the 2014 one? please tell.

The 2013 tutorial is for blogs hosted on http://wordpress.com/ whereas the 2014 tutorial is for self-hosted websites employing WordPress as CMS ( http://wordpress.org/ ). The 2014 tutorial is more inclined towards to the powerful development tools of WordPress whereas the 2013 tutorial is more about posts and pages . As far as I remember, both of them use WordPress 3.8. Hope that helped. :)
